Quincy & Tracey Vrecko, in collaboration with Kelowna Actors Studio and Autism Okanagan, are thrilled to present the 9th annual Sensitive Santa event in Kelowna. This heartwarming initiative brings the joy of meeting Santa to families with loved ones on the Autism Spectrum, creating a sensory-friendly environment at their new location in The District Mall.
Experience the full North Pole village magic with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves! The Vreckos understand the challenges for children with sensory sensitivities to visit Santa, and with the support of Autism Okanagan and Kelowna Actors Studio, they’ve made it possible for families to enjoy this festive tradition.

2. Winter Street Market & Light Up – Kick Off the Holiday Season!

Location: Downtown Kelowna, Stuart Park
Get ready to kick off the holiday season at the Downtown Kelowna Winter Street Market & Light Up on December 2, 2023, at Stuart Park. This festive outdoor celebration is free and features artisan and market vendors, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and even Photos with Santa!
Indulge in hot chocolate by donation (proceeds to the Central Okanagan Food Bank) as you explore the market and shop at downtown businesses. Stay in the heart of Kelowna for dinner or holiday cheer with friends as the light-up ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.
Celebrate the season in style with the Winter Street Market & Light Up, bringing the community together for a day of festive fun.
3. Polar Pancake Pajama Party – A Morning of Winter Delight
Date: December 3, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Location: Westbank Lion’s Community Hall, 2466 Main Street
Price: $7 per child, $12 per adult (includes full breakfast, photo booth, tattoo station, cookie decorating, and craft stations)
The City of West Kelowna invites you to the Polar Pancake Pajama Party, a delightful morning filled with winter crafts, activities, and a full breakfast for kids under 12 and their parents/caregivers. Pre-registration is required via phone @ 778-797-8800.
