With more than 26 years of experience in the luxury industry—in both real estate and automotive sectors—there aren’t many situations Quincy hasn’t already encountered. If something different does come up, he’s always ready to take on a new challenge.

Tracey is the lead Kelowna real estate agent for QVA Homes, the division of Quincy Vrecko & Associates that focuses on mainstream properties (less than $1 million). With more than two decades of experience in the field, Tracey has endured, and adjusted to, fluctuations in the market over the years. This ability to get creative has allowed Tracey to exceed her clients’ expectations, no matter which way the market is trending.
Working in partnership with her husband Quincy, who heads the Kelowna real estate firm, Tracey is driven to succeed in her business career. Competitive and hard working, she is continually one of the top producing Kelowna Realtors for the local RE/MAX office, and her accomplishments have garnered her a number of industry awards.
After starting her real estate career in Calgary, where she first met Quincy, the Vreckos became enchanted with the Okanagan Valley, and eventually moved here with their two young sons.
Originally from Alberta, Chris moved to the Okanagan with his wife in mid-1980s. Like many of his clients, he ventured to the valley and quickly fell in love with the outdoor surroundings and the abundant lifestyle opportunities available here.
Over the last 24 years, he has worked tirelessly towards helping clients attain their real estate dreams. In the process, he has earned a reputation as an honest, hard working Kelowna realtor, and has developed an extensive network of industry peers.

With a head for numbers and a passion for people, Geoff Hall understands his clients’ financial and personal motives for seeking Kelowna real estate investment opportunities. Formerly a wealth management and retirement planning consultant in his hometown of Victoria, he is intimately familiar with the financial and legal aspects of purchasing your dream home.
However, to Geoff, working in Kelowna real estate is more than just a numbers game. He feels it should be built on personal relationships, rather than simply a transactional service. In joining Quincy Vrecko & Associates, he has found the perfect fit, as they provide clients with detail-oriented service to help them achieve their goals.
Geoff worked in real estate in Fort McMurray before settling in the Okanagan. For true results, he believes homebuyers and sellers need a representative with their best interests in mind. Zach Sawaski is the newest member of the team at Quincy Vrecko and Associates. Zach comes from a business and sales background and has a passion for customer service and strong focus on building long term relationships.
Zack brings 13 years of business to business sales experience to the Quincy Vrecko and Associates team. He started his sales career as a sales and marketing consultant and moved through the ranks into management. His proven loyalty and strong leadership skills made him an asset for every company. During his career, Zach has recognized nationally for his sales performance and exceeding goals.
Zach is experience working with executive and business owners big and small. Zach is eager to apply his years of sales and customer service skills to real estate. Zach’s energy and enthusiasm is not limited to his career. In 2012, Zach became certified as personal trainer which is one of his passions. Zach also enjoys playing golf and watching hockey. He likes spending time with family, friends and his yorkshire terrier Charlie.

Grace is now able to use her skills from Event Planning to manage a team of successful real estate agents. Grace has always had a passion for Kelowna real estate and together with her experience, she was the perfect fit as our Office Manager.
Grace’s duties in the office change daily as she is always striving to learn something new. As our Kelowna Office Manager, she is dedicated to finding new ways to constantly improve the flow of the office to keep up with the ever-changing Kelowna real estate market. Susan joined the team at Quincy Vrecko and Associates in May of 2017 as our Kelowna Downtown Office Manager. With a background in the worldwide Luxury Yacht industry Susan brings a well developed sense of adventure, organization, and dedication to the team.
Susan has been able to seamlessly transition her skill set from Luxury Yachts into managing a team of successful luxury real estate agents. Susan has always had an appetite for real estate, and with her relocation to Kelowna she is excited to immerse herself in the Kelowna real estate market.
